Our profile began in Melbourne as a one-man business in 1982 by Jim Penman, dedication to customer service led him to establish the Jim’s Mowing Franchise system. Over the last decade Jim’s Mowing has expanded to become a leader in lawn mowing and garden services,with an extensive network globally.
As part of our profile of Jim’s Mowing Auckland, in 1994 Keven Clarke and Malcolm Wallwork came across from Melbourne to set up Auckland. They have grown the business to have franchisees servicing many thousands of regular clients throughout Auckland. Our profile changed in 2011, when Malcolm Wallwork retired, and was replaced by former Rugby World Cup winning All Black Bernie McCahill.
More recently Alex Smith has taken over the reins at Jim’s Mowing Auckland. Today, Alex and his father in law Greg take great pride in the business and their excellent franchisee business owners.
